Article 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and contracts of N’Joy My Style (hereinafter: the Seller) with consumers and business customers (hereinafter: the Customer).
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms.
Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 2 – Offers and Prices

All offers are non-binding.
Prices are stated in euros, including VAT for consumers, excluding VAT for business customers.
Any shipping, assembly, or transport costs are indicated separately.
Typographical or calculation errors do not bind the Seller.

Article 3 – Orders and Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded once the Customer places an order via the webshop and N’Joy My Style confirms it by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders if there are doubts about creditworthiness or suspicion of misuse.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is due in advance using the offered payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
Different payment terms may apply for business customers.
Goods remain the property of N’Joy My Style until full payment has been received (retention of title).

Article 5 – Delivery and Transport

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.
For international deliveries, N’Joy My Style uses external transport providers.
Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 6 – Custom Products and Special Orders

Products made to order (customization, color selection, upholstery, configurations) are non-returnable.
Custom orders are executed only after written confirmation and payment of a deposit (minimum 50%).

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Custom or personalized products are excluded from withdrawal.

Article 8 – Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty according to Austrian law applies.
Minor deviations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute a defect.
N’Joy My Style’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective product.

Article 9 – Business Customers (B2B)

No right of withdrawal applies to business customers.
Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
Complaints must be reported in writing within 5 business days after delivery.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, transport disruptions, pandemics, war), the Seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed by Austrian law.
Court of jurisdiction: Salzburg, Austria.
Consumers also have the right to alternative dispute resolution via the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
